Bug Report Process

When you submit your bug report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will be associated with the e-mail address under which you sent your issue under. After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate engineer. Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs reported by our customers in the Known Problems section of this page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

We may need to contact you for more information, such as if we have trouble reproducing the problem you describe.

Known Problems

The following is a list of some known problems with our software; we are working to correct them for the next release.

bullet"Save Settings" does not save a space character if it is the only character entered.  This is a limitation to the windows API command.  A work around is to edit the "RenameWiz.ini file and add the space character manually.
